but I don't recall that he flat-out lied about anything significant (although his running mate, She-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named, was pretty good at it).

McCain should've told her that he wasn't, that there wasn't anything wrong with it if he were indeed an Arab, and that he was a good family man.

McCain skipped that middle part, but I still give him props for at least trying. Romney would never ever do that.

Romney/Ryan is like an adult with a loaded gun looking for a target.
McCain/Palin was like a toddler with a loaded gun swinging it around recklessly.

Both are dangerous. Both should be avoided. But the adult can be reasoned with or pressured and they will know when they have to give up (even if it takes a lot). The toddler has no sense of reason and cannot be talked down.

Prince Charmless apparently hasn't been getting his beauty sleep ... he's got big ol bags under his eyes, his nose was red and the rest of his complexion all blotchy, and his hair looked like a greasy mess during the Ohio event today.

See what just a couple weeks' work does to the idle rich? He sure as heck isn't cut out for 20-hour-a-day-Presidentin' ....
