It looks like Princeton Elections Consortium is down...
While this is surely to early to be storm-related, it should be noted that Princeton seems to be pretty much directly in Sandy's path, so we might not be getting many updates from Sam in the next few days.
(UPDATE: It's back up, but my guess was correct -- Sam posted that the site may be offline for awhile, as he's moving the site to another server in advance of Sandy's arrival.)
