(22,669 posts)Heavy turn out in NC, actually everywhere is proving REALLY REALLY good news for Obama-Biden. If you can, help their efforts by volunteering to help get people to the polls, canvas, call, and otherwise show voters Obama-Biden enthusiasm.
Then when you return home at night exhausted, like we are, keep an eye on GOTV EV turnout on GMU.EDU

(4,480 posts)And heavily Democratic. OFA has more offices here than in 2008, and a better GOTV operation than do the Repubs. And PPP (Raleigh-based) now has both candidates tied at 48%. So we're still VERY MUCH "in play"!
