Bush won Nevada by only 2.6% in 2004; RCP already has Obama at 2.8%

Interesting to note that even in 2004, a supposedly good year for the Republicans, they barely won Nevada.

So what's the likelihood that they will do so this year?

Obama is already ahead by more than the margin by which Bush won it in 2004. It appears to be trending away from being a swing state and towards a Democratic state. The next New Mexico?

Obama won it by 12 points in 2008.

He won't come close to that again, but I think he wins it fairly easily. 4-5 points maybe?

Heller has a good shot of winning according to Ralston. Harry would have lost to a sane repug.

Obama's probably going to win NV, but the state is far from blue.
