Generally, even for state polls, they're no more than 3.5.

All of these poll posts with no info, are overrunning DU.

Was it Likely Voters?? What was the sample? Do did the poll for CNN? What dates???

Sorry to be a nudge, but DU is filled with these posts lately, and they're useless without data. And not everyone wants to hunt down the info from the link. Please be specific on the polls.

And no.. I don't think Romney is leading in Florida.

It's a CNN/ORC poll. If I see it online, I'll update the post.

If they have R tied with O in FL, I'm guessing CNN should have Obama ahead nationally. And Obama should be up in Ohio. Right?

Obama has always performed better in Ohio than FL in the CNN polls.

In 08 Obama won the national popular vote by seven percent while winning the Florida popular vote by two percent. That's a five point lean for the Republican in Florida. Based on that Obama must be up nationally.

I would have, of course, preferred to be ahead but that's good news.

This doesn't make sense:

The president has a narrow 50%-47% edge among women voters, with Romney holding a 49%-46% edge among men.

More women than men vote. Therefore , shouldn't the president be leading.
