A Word of Warning: The Media is setting Obama up for Failure

Nothing short of a total knock out will get called as a win for him. The sooner we accept that, the better. Expect it to be called a draw or Romney win/blowout, but never an Obama win. The media cannot allow this to be a game changer. They have 3 more weeks of election coverage to get through.

I am sick of them treating this like a game. There are literally, yes, literally! people's lives at stake here.

As others have already said. We need to stick together after this and drive the narrative via twitter and facebook.

she had the poll changed. I think you're right but if it's a deluge they'll notice

I will not watch and I certainly will not let pundits and politicians tell me who won. I have you guys for that

Claiming that even if Obama does well and beats Romney, it will just show to voters that he does what the media wants.

so when you say total knock out, you may have something there. I really hope you're wrong. Do me a favor and send good vibes to Obama.

They have to be on there holding people's attention, selling advertising, coming up with things to talk about when there are none, selling advertising, oh, and not incidentally, selling advertising.

Bore your listeners, they go away and your numbers go down. The more your numbers go down, the less advertising you'll sell.

Obama tied his shoelaces with a right-handed look? HEADLINE NEWS!!! Romney held the same position on an issue for more than four hours straight? HE'S CONSISTENT!!! (well, actually, that one might indeed be cause for headlines)

It's sad but true that much of the reporting on our election within the USA depends on what brings in the most advertising money.
