I've watched every presidential (or vp) debate since 1976. Joe Biden blew me away tonight....

He ruled the stage. I saw Mondale/Dole and Ferraro/Bush, Bentson/Quayle and Gore/Kemp. I survived the nightmare that was Lieberman/Cheney and 4 years later Edwards/Cheney.

I THOROUGHLY enjoyed Biden/ Palin but tonight was even better. Biden/Ryan was the debate I've waited for all these years. Joe Biden spoke for me tonight. Here's hoping you felt the same....

1. Biden has a grasp of history and knows what he's talking about.

He was the elderly professor, Ryan the recalcitrant little punk whose lack of life experience makes him think he knows it all.

He was 29 and I remember being blown away that someone so young was given so much power. Then, only days later his wife and infant daughter were killed when a train hit their car while they were Christmas shopping. I cannot begin to imagine the pain.

He's a hero and tonight just made that even more obvious.

what he was saying. You can't fake authenticity and he never even had to try. Joe is the real deal and thats what those Americans who cared to tune in saw.

I am beyond impressed.

easier to sit through Ryan's b.s. Biden's comeback remarks didn't disappoint. Just wish there had been more time for Biden to go on a bit more.

but given the time restrictions he faced, Biden was amazing. I could not be more pleased.

by bringing up the car accident. We need to be talking more about this. What a fucking low life scum. That was prepared. They wanted to break Joe - but he held. I don't just want to win now, I want to win big. I want crush these wreteched soulless motherf's. I am so pissed right now. God Bless Joe for not taking the bait and for giving a hell of a performance.
