Related: About this forumThe List Grows - Real Clear Politics poll results
Attorney in Texas' recent OP - "The list grows! Sanders leads Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Vermont, and is..,." which reported a list of state polls. The results shown for some of those polls because they seemed to be different from those which I had scene. So I went to what I consider the the authoritative source for polls that which inspire a high level of confidence (RealClearPolitics.com).I looked up the same polls reported by the Attorney on the RCP website and found some differences in the reported results. I have copied below the Attorneys reported poll results (in regular font followed by the RealClearPolitics reported polls in bold font (Where applicable the date of the reported poll(s) is provided.) (6,994 posts)just a devastating loss for Sanders but his NH victory all we heard was about Hillary's Delegate Count.
Fact is Hillary is is not well organized in the Super Tuesday States and beyond because she/her campaign never expected a fight at this point ...
GO BERNIE !!!!

(5,648 posts)You're totally misinformed.
The Clinton campaign is active here in Alabama manning phone banks, ensuring votes can get to the polls, etc. The are also running a TV ad campaign. It is the Sanders campaign which is yet to be heard from in this state.
The effort here mimics the Clinton campaign effort in all the March 1st primary states. Sanders's campaign has virtually abandoned all of the Southern states to Clinton knowing there is no way he can win here and is concentrating their efforts in states where they think they might have a chance like Oklahoma and Minnesota.

(46,436 posts)whom I trust more than Real Clear Politics, not to mention the fact that I have many Democratic and independent friends here who support Bernie, only a couple I can think of who support Hillary. Anecdotal, I know, and I could be wrong, but Clintons have never been very popular here.
Looking at this closer, it seems that you've posted a "Democrats only" results here when the independents, who can vote in our caucus by simply changing their registration ON CAUCUS DAY to Democrat, overwhelmingly favor Sanders. When you include Democrats and "no registered party," Sanders wins by 14 points. I know many independents who are planning to caucus for Bernie.

(46,436 posts)in any event, which in Alaska's case is largely irrelevant for the reason I stated.
But as someone else just told me, Alaska has so few delegates we shouldn't be counted anyway, so I'll just shut up now.
