Ohio Secretary Of State to appeal early voting decission to the US Supreme Court

I don't see what this appeal is based on everybody in that state should have the same exact voting rights and not different groups having more than the other BUT remember we have 5 nut jobs on this court we don't know what they will be thinking http://livewire.talkingpointsmemo.com/entry/ohio-secretary-of-state-to-appeal-early-voting

If your right they will be saying that some voters have the right to have early voting over other voters.If that happens that means you could say white voters have the right to have early voting over African Americans thats NUTS!!! but I will give you this we don't know what those 5 nut jobs are going to do
