IIRC. Maybe as he gets older, it is harder to keep the weight down. I think Al is the same age as me. I have that problem, too. It has been a lot of work to keep off the excess weight.

Don't judge him. Maybe he doesn't eat right now that he is single. He may find the right diet and exercise program. Give him time.
