And this could be done by anyone really. Get some blonde teenager that would mind getting a haircut for a good cause. Make it appear there is a struggle (obviously there wouldn't be). Take a video camera and show the hair being cut, but no faces. Then as it happens keep panning to a picture of Romney. Then post it on Youtube and spread the link around until it becomes viral.

Then just watch Romney bawl about it.
