(598 posts)Before she began her official campaign, I heard Hillary and her staff focused on Jeb. To them he was the presumptive Republican nominee.
During the early part of Bernie's campaign, if Hillary was asked a question about Bernie, she would quickly shift the conversation to Republicans. She wouldn't even mention Bernie by name. That was her strategy. It worked fine in the beginning as many people believed this Primary Election was Hillary versus "those other guys".
Times have changed for Hillary and may very well change inside the campaign.

It was just reported in Politico this morning that Penn is apparently advising Team Clinton again.
