I see we have a new believer in a Christian god over there full of self-contradictions in their first post in the evolution topic, interestingly finishing that post with the threat of eternal damnation instead of heaven for daring to question a creator god.

A true believer Christian, exposing his/her great faith in a Christian god over the power of science, which, of course, cannot deal with questions of origins of the Universe, only faith can do that, faith in a Christian god. LOL

(2,261 posts)The thread is in the Religion forum. It is titled "Religion and Evolution" and it's been around for weeks, started on January 16. The latest post brings the thread back from the dead, where it had lain for a while. The last post on that thread happened around midnight my time zone, according to the time and date stamp. The thread has 98 posts on it. It starts out with the argument from authority strategy, citing Dr. Francis S. Collins, who worked on the human genome project, and claims belief in a god. Ergo, since a real live scientist of some note believes, we all must follow his logically lacking (and many times by many people refuted) conclusions about the existence of a god.
A number of us posted to that thread a few weeks back, you were not among them, so it leads me to believe that probably you have blocked viewing threads from that thread starter.
Hope that helps.
