5th Annual Atheist Film Festival begins September 14 in San Francisco.

The Atheist Film Festival (AFF) welcomes one of our best lineups yet for the festival’s 5th anniversary on Saturday, September 14, 2013. From a dramatized take on Charles Darwin’s life to a depressingly true account of religious fundamentalists’ attempts to infiltrate public schools, the films selected for the 5th Annual Atheist Film Festival continue to raise questions and break rules. In 2013, we’re especially excited to bring directors Scott Thurman (The Revisionaries) and Sylvia Broeckx (Hug an Atheist, which will make its world premiere at AFF), as well as intrepid reporter Sophia Winkler (Sophia Investigates the Good News Club) to meet fans and answer questions at the festival, as well as the Directors’ Reception on September 13th.
