NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) A Brooklyn woman said she was kicked out of a gym over her workout gear, and she claimed it was a case of religious discrimination.
As CBS2s Tracee Carrasco reported, the woman has now filed a lawsuit against the gym.
Yosefa Jalal likes to go to the gym, work out, and stay fit. But as an observant Jewish woman, she prefers to maintain her modesty while doing so.

(3,595 posts)I don't serve on juries because I announce my belief in jury nullification--- John Peter Zenger and all that.
I have not been called for jury duty in 22 years.
Next year, I will reach the level of geriatricity (my new word but you can use it) where I won't be called again under any circumstances.
