He wanted to Red Sox to come crawling to him and deal...they didn't...I assumed they didn't try, but that wasn't the case...Papelbon wanted much more defernce like he was some prince, not a guy past his prime.

I know he has issues with the Sox for not doing a 20 mil a year deal with him for 5 years, but really? The fans were doing but great to him. Guys a clown. Philly fans will eat him alive if he isn't lights out.

He was ok last season, but the season before he really blew it a lot yet they stuck by him...you're right, Philly will eat him alive.
