Thank you Auggie and KamaAina

Boy, does Oakland stink...they're the only team the Red Sox can beat! Now, if they can just unload Panda, who, IMHO, is the cause of the team not gelling, they might have a chance because the AL East stinks this year.

You're stuck with all $95 million of him for a looooong time. KamaAina and I really should be thanking you and the Sox for taking him off the Giants' hands. As for Oakland, we're a little occupied with the Warriors at the moment.

A's will come around.

I think he's not only sucking, but is a bad influence on the rest of the team.

in Billy Beane. Ever since last year's "Blockbuster" trades and some of the team's best players going away, this team has been completely unimpressive, blowing a ton of winnable games. And I have no idea what happened to their bullpen and their defense. Those were 2 areas that the A's used to excel in, but now they lead the league in errors, and the bullpen routinely squanders multi-run leads late in games. They had a winner early last year and the 2 years before with great chemistry among the players, and now all of a sudden it's back to rebuilding mode. I'm sick of watching them trade their best players every year and messing up any form of continuity.

Sox couldn't do anything and then came the 8th...haven't been following baseball too much but it doesn't seem like Oakland has any decent relievers.
