Tonight: Raiders vs Chicago Bears!

Yeah its pre season, but I am excited!! GO Raaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiders!

No Mcfadden tonight, but he will be available for the first game of the season. This is gonna be fun!

The late game on Friday night in the 2013 NFL Preseason will see the Chicago Bears travel west to take on the Oakland Raiders. The game is scheduled for a 10 p.m. EST start time and it will be televised live in both markets. Currently the odds for the game have the Bears as road favorites.

Both teams enter this contest with 1-1 records so far this preseason. Obviously one of the teams will be able to improve on their record, and it could be either club. It's a bit surprising to see the Bears as favorites on the road. They dropped their only other road game this preseason, 24-17 at Carolina to open the 2013 campaign. Oakland was able to win their opener against the Dallas Cowboys, 19-17.

Oakland gave up a ton to get Matt Flynn, their next "answer" at quarterback. In reality he's got about as much experience as Terrelle Pryor, but Flynn is in the mold of a great NFL quarterback. He's had a shaky start to the preseason, but remember, he only threw for 68 yards last season. He'll probably play a bit more tonight as he continues to work with his offense. Darren McFadden is one of the better backs in the league when he is healthy and surely will help in Flynn's progression into a solid NFL quarterback.

The Chicago Bears have had their quarterback for awhile now and Jay Cutler still looks like himself. He's thrown interceptions in both of the Bears' games this preseason compared to just a single touchdown last

6. It's the only way to see a lot of them -

Green Bay hasn't let many of the top players on the field. It was interesting watching them try out the second and third string.

2. Don't be. 24-0 Da Bears at half.

The only upside is that this, plus last week's faceplant at New Orleans, implies that the Cowpies must really suck to have lost to them.

5. Yes, one of my pet peeves

Using the game as a background for a stupid talk show. All of the networks do it in preseason now.

I will enjoy watching the Raiders lose twice to the Chargers this season. It may be the only Chargers home game that isn't blacked out, due to all you fine Bay people who come down for the game.

8. I caught the second half of the game, and Terrelle Pryor looked really sharp.

He has a quick, accurate delivery. Maybe I've just seen too much Tebow being posted by trumad!!

9. Pryor impressed the coaches too. Just what you'd expect from Oakland ...

more controversy.

Specializing in developing young quarterbacks quickly?
