The Browns are better off if Chip Kelley signs with Philadelphia

It's a good roster fit. Should OC Greg Roman leave the 49ers I would hope it's to Cleveland (if Jacksonville doesn't get him first). That's a good fit with RB Trent Richardson and QB Brandon Wheedon. And Roman went to school in the area. My only concern is if Roman has the chops to be headcoach.

Carroll and Harbaugh have success because they ran primarily pro-style offenses. I imagine Chip Kelly would go the route of coaches such as Spurrier. Innovative for the college game, would have to adjust for the pro game. Primary reason his potent spread offense attack wouldn't work is the hash marks & speed of defenses.
