1. good satire makes absurd what is actually happening by exaggeration

Unfortunately, this bit is too close to reality to be satire.

For all of the "left" who support Palestine... imagine that Hamas wins a war with Israel. Now imagine YOU moving to the resulting Islamic Republic... another theocratic Iran where women are beaten to death for not wearing the correct head covering.

Palestine under Hamas or the PLO will never be a free democratic nation where religion is relegated to just the mosques. Where you as a Christian, a Jew, a Hindu, or a non-religious person will ever be tolerated.

Here in the US, the left is justified in being concerned that our new House Speaker may want to turn the USA into a theocratic state... and yet some on the left want "freedom" for Palestine to be just that, a harsh theocratic state.

Why do we wish that Palestinians to have what we would fight to the death to stop here?
