Anyone of those guys handling that gun could have either shot someone accidental, or on purpose. Is it too fucking much to ask these people to keep their guns at home. Or when will Walmart forbid guns from outside coming in. Not only does Walmart hire for slave wages, but they put their employees in danger. They should strike over this too IMO.

Details:
On January 20, 2015 at approximately 11:58 a.m., deputies responded to the Walmart located at 11110 Causeway Boulevard in reference to incident that had occurred in the store. It was learned that the suspect had observed the victim getting out of his vehicle in the parking lot and saw that the victim was in possession of a handgun (under his coat and in a holster). The suspect followed the victim through the parking lot and into the store where the suspect then attacked the victim. At no time did the suspect call 911 or alert store security until after he attacked the victim.

Once inside the store, Foster approached Daniels from behind, placed him in chock-hold and took him to the ground against his will and without permission. A brief struggle ensued inside the store.

When Foster attacked the victim he began yelling that Daniels had a gun. Daniels in fact has a concealed weapons permit and during the struggle he continued yelling that he had a permit. Both individuals were detained until deputies arrived on scene.

Deputies arrived on scene and confirmed that Clarence Daniels does have a concealed weapons permit. Foster was taken into custody and charged with battery.

I cannot help but to see parallels to a different Florida incident where a man profiled a black person, followed him and a fight ensued. That one ended differently...

I do my best to keep mine somewhat concealed, but since I always carry OWB it's right there with the potential to be seen.

I'll stay more aware that's for sure when in public...as safety conscience persons, it seems we now have a new threat to contend with.

Is we have seen several suggestions than anyone legally carrying a gun should be "dealt with extreme prejudice " and be "left to rot in the street as a warning".

Never has any pro-gc person disavowed these statements- even when asked directly.

How big of a step is it from broad daylight assault in public to more extreme action?

I see some have rushed to the defense of those citizens.
