I kept thinking "Why is the USA and their lapdog 'Canada' refusing to consider the failed strategy in their War on Some Drugs....???"

Is it the concept of public health? The fear that a gazillion dollars will fall out of the medical industry...???

Or is there something about a 'pot smoker' that just pisses people off...???
