(31,528 posts)1 C. peanut butter
1 egg
1 C. sugar
Mix together, roll into balls, flatten with a fork and bake at 350F for 8 minutes. Be careful not to overbake these. They make a crispy cookie.

(16,334 posts)I can't remember if the recipe was posted in the old C&B forum or somewhere else but I decided to try them. Three ingredients only, what could be easier? - hooray!
But because I am me and I get easily distracted, I made them with only two ingredients...left out the egg.
They worked just fine and my kids ate them. I fed them baked peanut butter and sugar.

Other than that, the recipe sounds really good.
