Pumpkin pie, pumpkin squash, and the seasonal pumpkin ice cream that comes around from Oct-Dec (LOVE that stuff).

It's good for ya, too. Got any ice cream to put on top? MMMmmmmmm yum!

My part of the country has been baking for 2 weeks and we have another week (at least) to go.

Looks like a pumpkin, golden meat inside.

If you ever have a chance to use one, it makes the most extraordinary "pumpkin" type pie.
