What's for dinner May 20, 2015

We did lamb, slowly braised with vegetables, salt, pepper, paprika, asian basil, and some sage, and added some rice and quinoa to the dish.

It is rather tasty. I used a cut of shoulder, and put the bones in there just for flavor.

I got enough left overs for Friday.
