Yeah... It's just a frozen pie but they do a decent one. Drop on some peperoni, some Cholula sauce and crushed red pepper... Yummy

Will be served over pasta--haven't decided what kind yet. We will share a salad of greens, aromatics, artichoke hearts and tomatoes and a basket of ciabatta rolls. Off to make the sauce! Happy Sunday!

These are wheat buns, baked not steamed. About the size of a tennis ball. I get them at a local Asian market and reheat while I stir fry the veggies. A couple sliced and stuffed with the BBQ pork mix and some scallions make a good plate along with the stir fry.

Just made the basic risotto recipe and added cooked chicken and ham near the end, and when I served it, I mixed in torn baby spinach and grated swiss cheese.

Amazing how a soup with so few ingredients (salt, pepper, water, milk, butter, potatoes, leeks) can be so easy and so delicious! (we use the recipe from Julia Child's cookbook).
