What's for Dinner ~ Wednesday Oct 24th
King Ranch casserole is in the oven now. Can't wait! (chicken, rotel, corn torillas, creamy chicken soup base, cheddar) Way better than it sounds!
What's for dinner where you are?

10. I could easily sub beans for the chicken and be just as happy
|
I like the rotel flavor and heat and the browned cheese! The chicken is incidental

I made a nice sauce for it which I used on the pizza. It turned out great!

5. chicken with lemon-tarragon cream sauce, mashers with sour cream and a dab...
|
...of horseradish, simple sauteed fresh spinach.
And some applesauce from the freezer. I shouldn't start using the summer's crop yet, but it just sounds really good. |
