1. Quesadillas with lot of the fresh produce I now have!

Zuchinni, tomatoes, corn right off the cob, poblano chiles.

And some green beans on the side (just because I can, lol!).

I am also going to make a blueberry pie.

I LOVE having groceries (bless you, buddy).

How about you?

11. Drool worthy.

Fresh veg and blueberry pie! We are at the end of groceries. Farmer's market rained out last Friday, so Mr. Pup just picks up necessities on the way home from work because my foot is out of whack. I am at the ends of creativity here. Time for a shopping trip.

3. Breaded fish fillets, corn, broccoli.

(I'm going to bake the fish this time, no frying. And it's breezy, warm enough - 80 today - to open all the windows and the 2 doors at my place.)

5. LOL, yeah...if they were firmer pieces of fish I'd be doing them outside on the BBQ.

Or I'd just go to the fish 'n chip place downtown...

But went through the freezer and it was a cook today or toss call.

6. Called in a pizza

It's a 106° out there, I don't feel like cooking and want a break from leftovers.

8. It's about 103 here in Arlington.

I was hoping for more rain without tornadoes.

7. A ground beef, black bean and mushroom

casserole with tiny elbow pasta and a big green salad. I just made a fresh loaf of pumpkin flavored French bread. The bread smells so good it's hard not to tear into it now!

9. I love me a good macaroni/ground beef casserole.

Around here we call it "slop" and eat it with complete joy!

but it was pretty tasty. The bread is yummy, though. I made a whole loaf this time and I just had a second piece.
