It helped to lessen the inflamation a lot. But it didn't lessen my pain to a large degree. I had to have surgery to stop that.

Full iliac bypass, not much blood supply was getting to my legs. I assume yours is a hip joint issue? Tens may help that much more than my condition. I thought I had a bad hip, but it really was claudication.

It helps significantly. Surgery is in her future but the tens unit helps.

After she had the surgery for that, the hip she was scheduled to have repaired in April stopped hurting. No more surgery, that wasn't the problem after all, the pain was referred from her ovary/tube.

Second opinions are sometimes in order.
