I'm looking for a sci-fi short story involving Superman

I heard it about 40 years ago (+/-) on KPFK (90.7FM) on a program called Hour 25. The narrative was a speculative piece about mundane events becoming not-so-mundane by virtue of them involving Superman. The only thing that I remember about it is that Superman would not be able to marry Lois Lane because if he did, the load he'd blast into her on their wedding night would go though her like a shotgun blast killing her immediately. In fact, were the man of steel ever to ejaculate, the writer speculated, the spunk released into the atmosphere would eventually bounce off some sphere and come back and wreak havoc on an unsuspecting female population. I know that its not much to go on but there you have it. The host was Mike Hodell. Friday nights,Science Fiction, Southern California.
