Hamas has published a video showing the first proof of life of two more hostages being held in Gaza.

In undated footage filmed under duress, Omri Miran says he has been held for 202 days and Keith Siegel mentions this week's Passover holiday, indicating the clips were filmed recently.

Both were captured when Hamas launched its deadly attacks on 7 October.

Responding to the video, their families said they would keep fighting for the men's return.

I will fully support *ANYTHING* Israel does until every last hostage is released unharmed.

Fuck Hamas, Fuck anyone who doesn't want every last member of Hamas dead.

Also, on your fuck you to anyone who doesn't want every member of Hamas dead. Can I get some clarification on what you mean before I know whether the terrible fate of 'fuck you' has befallen me. Does every member of Hamas include every single person employed by the Gazan government, including police and health workers? Because while militants who are combatants are one thing, civil servants and nurses and doctors are a completely different thing.

I'm still interested in knowing what you meant by *ANYTHING*. Rape? Torture? A free for all to out-do the brutality of Hamas? Surely you don't mean that? Both Israeli and Palestinian civilians are equally deserving of protection from the insanity (corruption in the case of the PA) of their respective leaderships. The logic that leads to supporting suffering and death for Palestinians because of their leaders can be turned to apply equally to Israelis. Either all civilian lives are equally valuable, or none are. And if none are, then we're no better than Hamas or the extremist settlers who are openly supported by the Israeli govt
