I guess we benefit from some other nations taking the hit on the early development costs as processes are improved... but this has been a looong time coming.

Unfortunately, this is little more than a pilot project (at only 30 MW). Nevertheless, I understand that it's directly replacing diesel generation on Block Island. So they go from one of the dirties and least efficient to one of the cleanest (at least while the wind is blowing).
