They rely upon land owned by the government (both state and federal) to find good places to hunt and fish.

I've already seen many articles warning about the danger of privatizing public lands in well-known hunting and fishing magazines. Guess they'll have to learn the hard way. Maybe trade in that $1000 elk rifle and start taking pot-shots at gophers with a $100 .22 rifle, and trade in that custom trout stream fly rod for a $20 catfish setup at Walmart.
