Minimum wage -- Good answer to a right wing talking point.

Often heard from people who are not particularly right wing and should know better. The propaganda is that pervasive.

Why $15 dollars an hour? Why not $100 or a million ...

Or something like that.

Supposed to be the crusher showing us up as economic ignoramuses, right?

Here's the answer. It's also good "market" economics.

Because we can get $15, or use at least it as a starting point for negotiations.

And they wouldn't get around it with things like stock options or having their cars, airplanes, and mansions paid for.
