(7,580 posts)I am really, really tired and disgusted at DUers tearing each other apart.

(28,270 posts)I don't have much faith that its going to happen.
When Hillary mathematically is the presumptive nominee are the mods going to finally step up and enforce the TOS?
Or will they let her be savaged 24/7 by Bernie supporters all the way to the convention?
We will find out soon I guess.

(28,270 posts)And still fighting that today.
Wait til Bernie gets blown out of SC like a rocket this coming saturday!
They are going to lose their collective minds all the way after that Bernie debacle!

(26,111 posts)Because it's a red state we'll lose in the GE.
I got that rationale right, I think. Right?

(28,270 posts)That's the dumbest meme yet. SMH
How can they believe shit like that???
Im sure they would say the same thing if bernie won it right?

(41,999 posts)I've spent going on 12 years here, but I don't want to listen to another potential 8 years of Hillary bashing like the last 8 of Obama bashing. If Sanders doesn't go 3rd party, if he endorses Hillary, that will go a long way to quiet the most reasonable, and the ones who will always vote Dem. On the other hand the 3rd party voters, by admission had no intentions of ever voting for Hillary, as is their right, should be gone. That mostly leaves the standard damaged-ego-driven net addicts and political conspiracy theory persons who tend to be so annoying. As long as we see strong support for Democrats, I'll be ok I think. We shall see.

(28,270 posts)I know it.
This place will be hell every time Bernie gets a beatdown by Hillary and there's a whole line of them coming up!
I just hope I can survive the alert stalking so I can celebrate with all you awesome Hillary backers!

Chalco
(1,308 posts)since he is a Hillary supporter. How can he run a show that is so derogatory of the candidate he supports. I would think that at some point he would explode.
When I sent at email to admin about the vitriol he responded by assuring me that once she gets in the tenor will become less vitriolic. At this point, I'm really questioning that.
obamanut2012
(26,111 posts)They will have to just blanket PRR posters after an amnesty period -- like three days or something. I would say the same if Bernie gets the nom. Although he won't.
If they don't do that, then DU is probably over, because what Dem or Dem-supporting Indie will hang around as the Dem nom is trashed?

I'm not going to give money to a board that is anti-democratic party, which it is now mostly.

(24,594 posts)to do their bashing elsewhere. This forum needs to address defeating republicans and helping not only Hillary but the down-ticket democrats. We shouldn't waste time or energy on those who refuse to support our nominated candidate.

(67,782 posts)We can liken that to the end of WWII in Southeast Asia. Decades after the war ended there were Japanese soldiers hiding in the jungles of Southeast Asia, still willing to fight.

(6,280 posts)... be able to compile a list of those who have made it clear and vowed under any circumstances to never support or vote for Hillary Clinton. They should take that list and shitcan everyone on it right off the bat. It would be a good start.

(41,999 posts)They might have an untoward psychological response--which we are responsible for. We should always consider the feelings of Sanders supporters prior to posting an OP. We are like nurturing caretakers in that way. We should be gentle, soft spoken, and lay our facts out quietly. Always use therapeutic communication techniques, this is something I'm very familiar with, so if anybody needs help ask.
This in turn will lesson those conflicting feelings of anger and submission and subsequently allow our fellow posters to maintain self-esteem. This, admittedly is a delicate area, as it's very difficult for persons in general to admit to feeling of inadequacy. Care must be taken! lest the turmoil of anger, disappointment and fear lead to a implosion. We are responsible for our brethren.

(41,999 posts)I basically quit posting, so I have no hides. I've been posting more so one should be headed my way--perhaps this one. It's so hard to tell anymore.
I have 2 hides both from HOF when that group was being alerted left and right. One was kind of an experiment to see if it would be hidden, on was for an excerpt I had posted twice before on DU2.
