Conspiracy theorists ponder if military attacked Texas with storms ahead of Jade Helm

http://m.chron.com/news/houston-texas/article/Jade-Helm-HAARP-weather-manipulation-Texas-storms-6333316.php

Is Tropical Depression Bill a government conspiracy?
Some conspiracy theorists in Texas claim that Tropical Storm-turned-Depression Bill is a secret government project created by weather manipulation technology aimed at weakening Texas ahead of a July 2015 federal invasion known as Operation Jade Helm.

I'm not all that smart, but I believe that it has something to do with the fact that tropical storms always happen at this time of year due to heat, etc. and Texas, being a large state, sits on a large body of water known as the Gulf of Mexico which spawns storms. And it storms along the Gulf Coast of Texas all the time.
I guess my theory isn't quite as entertaining as the one about the military creating storms. Maybe I'm not cut out for this conspiracy stuff.

both in office and those electing them to office, should have been in state-run mental institutions had Reagan not defunded all of that.

I was asked the other day: are your politicians recruited from mental asylums?

My reply: I don't know how they've stayed out of them so long.

Reply: It was the Reagain cutbacks.

ever pondered what the outcome would be, thirty years down the road. I'm sure Reagan likely figured he wouldn't still be alive, but the rest weren't that old. I have to wonder if they like what they've wrought...
