Perry: ‘All of us ought to watch our language’
Gov. Rick Perry got a little preachy — and took a shot at the left — when asked if he’ll revoke Rush Limbaugh’s “Honorary Texan” status, as some would like after Limbaugh name-called a Georgetown University student.
“I think it’s the height of hypocrisy for those on the left to criticize Rush Limbaugh for using the term ‘slut’ when Ed Schultz and a vast group of other people that represent the left have used those terms against Laura Ingraham to be specific. And we never heard a peep of anyone coming to MSNBC saying you need to pull their advertising … So cooler heads will prevail.
“What’s substantially more important in my opinion is people are going to call people names. They have, I’m pretty sure, for a long, long time.

He continues to show his stupidity on a national level and that can't be good. Cockroaches will usually run and hide when bright lights are focused on them. It's good for Texas voters to see what an idiot we have as Governor. He never got this much media attention for any of his runs as Governor. So Texas voters never really knew him. Just voted for the party basically. And slick rick never debated anyone because he knows he's stupid and would blow it. Just like he did in the national spotlight.
