Fayette Farmer Fights Frackers

3. This company is spreading more bullshit than all the bulls in PA.

After investigating Mr. Bezjak's complaint, the DEP issued a notice of violation to Williams two weeks ago for dumping acidic mine water pumped out of its pipeline construction area onto the pasture land.

Ms. Gentz's statement said the company has a permit that allows it to pump water out of its pipeline trench but was "unaware" that it contained "acid mine discharge."

Yep pure bullshit.

As for imprisoning Mr. Bezjak - I think that judge should be given a look over to see if she is profiting from this company.

4. Unaware. Yeah, because acid mine drainage is so hard to notice.

Not.

You're absolutely right. Pure bullshit.

5. Gotta love the company response.

"Williams' goal is always to have good working relationships with our landowners and other stakeholders," Julie Gentz, a Williams company spokeswoman, said in a statement released Monday afternoon. "This situation is a rare occurrence, but there have been a number of disagreements with this particular landowner that we have tried to resolve amicably."

Yeah, right, we care. Of course it was a "blame the landowner". His is "difficult". Well, shit, you come on his property without notice, you tear down his fences and don't even try to keep the cattle from getting out, you don't let him know that he should move the cattle to another area, you pollute his pasture.......and he is the difficult one. Incredible.

And why is it that every single "spokesperson" is female???? No matter what, it is always a woman who goes out there and lies like a sack of shit. As a woman, I am always pissed that these females make us all look like deceitful liars.

6. WTF?

So the farmer is imprisoned for talking to workers on his own dairy farm?

He dropped off a friend for chemotherapy and intended to pick him up after the hearing. Instead, he was in jail with father rapers and trash dumpers.

8. Once again life is not fair.

I did not see this in The Patriot-News but maybe I missed it. My husband did not see it either. I did a search of pennlive and did not find it. I did, however, see a link to the Scranton paper.

I have to take a break from the frackers and Corbett or my blood pressure will do me in - death by Corbett. Bastard.
