Growing up on a farm, we had a neighbor that was repeatedly reported for cruelty and negligence to animals. My dad reported him. The most that ever happened was that they took the animals away. He'd just get more sheep, more dogs, etc. One winter, my dad picked up two of his lambs and brought them home for us to bottle feed.
I no longer live in ND (I live overseas) but I'm donating. Please vote yes on Measure 5.
