Mayor de Blasio: New Yorkers who oppose horse carriage ban will change their minds

Mayor de Blasio expects New Yorkers to change their minds and come around to supporting his ban on horse carriages.

A Quinnipiac poll Tuesday showed 61% of voters oppose the ban, a large majority that has not budged over several polls.

It takes a bit more like a completely compelling reason and even then not so much. I have seen smokers toting around air tanks.
