Anyone near Oakland who is able to trap feral cats?

I hope this will fit here. I thought about posting in Pets, but folks in other parts of the country may not be able to help.

I have two neutered feral cats I've been feeding for years. They are tame enough to pet, but I cannot get them into the pet carrier. I have to move without them. I want to take them to Oakland Animal Services, a very good non-kill shelter with a good record for adopting animals out.

If you can trap feral cats and would help, please PM me. If you know someone who can, please PM me. Animal Services doesn't answer their phone or return calls. I have posted on Nextdoor and got one response that so far has not panned out. The only neighbors who could take them on are across streets and/or a block away. The cats might finally find them, but I don't know for sure.

I'm getting desperate. I can't live with thinking of them coming around looking for me after I'm gone.

Apologies in advance if this doesn't belong here. I will repost in pets if necessary.

I trapped two ferals and two kittens over four successive nights.

All my recent calls have gone unanswered. About a month ago, one person did contact me. I told her I could get the cats into a carrier. Turned out was wrong. Since then, I've left two messages on her personal phone with no response.

My next step is to call the police department non-emergency line. OAS suggests that as an alternative.

They do neutering and training. I don't think they take funerals. I have some more leads now. Thanks
