I think I like the blossoms a bit more, mainly because they fill the frame.

But the butterfly is wonderful!

Thanks for sharing...

After doing some serious playing around with HDR I decided I like subtle changes the best. Though the pop that can be achieved with more can be good too.

I was leaning toward the butterfly for my entry but I let my husband pick my entry. He votes in the contests. Well, he chooses and I click.

because I have not tried doing one.
Your entry though gave me that catch that I need for something that spells YES.
I think that one soars.

You are new to this (I'm right - right?) and have taken the time/energy/courage to plow in and come out with a crop.

So let me pat you on the back.
Soar!

me spending quite a lot of hours exploring HDR and various other software (Photoshop has been a big help). It's still not something I'll do with any regularity. I'm just glad I shoot in both RAW and JPG. Gave me more photos to practice with.

I wouldn't say I had a sure hand at it yet.

I do appreciate your comments. Always good to hear positive things.

Thanks, again!
