Wow! Don't buy a Samsung TV right now!

On my Amazon wish list I have a Samsung 60" TV, UN60KS8000, so I can watch the price.
Feb and March are when the prices drop to clear the shelves for next years models.
It was about $1,400 before the Super Bowl then dropped to $1,200 the next day.

Then suddenly it leaped up to $2000!
Right now it's $1997.99, the same as an OLED TV which costs a premium because of a new brighter OLED screen.

I don't know who's setting the prices but somethings really whacky here.

It is a really great TV unless you are looking at it from an angle. Other than that I am extremely happy with mine. I was able to get mine at 1200 from Amazon back in December. The price fluctuation is probably from Third Party Sellers, they tend to adjust prices pretty radically on there most times.

and if you can, from a different computer address..like with a vpn.
You would be surprised.
amazon even admitted they change prices according to what they think indiv. customers will pay, based on past purchases and searches.

OTOH, I have used camelcamelcamel.com to track some Amazon items and have saved 50%.
