I'll hate Clay Bennett and David Stern forever for stealing the Sonics from Seattle through a bunch of lies and dirty tricks. I hope they never win a championship and Bennett goes broke attempting to buy one.

I have a ton of respect for them, especially Durant and Adams. They worked hard, and weren't salty about the loss at the end. Nevertheless, seeing the A's win AND the Warriors advancing to a 2nd straight finals (after being down 3-1) are both great b-day gifts for me.

Thunder had a great playoff run. No one expected them to beat the Spurs or take Warriors to 7.

Warriors blew my mind this series. As Curry said after regular season - every playoffs is a completely new challenge.

I think the Thunder had a phenomenal season.

Getting past the Spurs and getting to game 7 against Warriors.

They do have to figure out how to get other players more involved. Going 2 on 5 most times down the court won't cut against a team that can shoot the lights out when they get hot.

I loved the OK fans this series. Some of the best fans in the NBA.

But in Game 7, I think Coach Donovan was too by-the-book. When the Warriors started coming back early in the second half, his team got a little rattled, but they righted themselves, and re-built their lead. The second time the Warriors started their comeback, though, I think Donovan was reluctant to use a time out to settle his team down. Even I could see they were getting rattled, but the NBA Big Book of Coaching dictates that you want to save your time outs until late in the game. That's nice, but the game was being decided in the latter stages of the third quarter and the beginning of the fourth. Donovan saving his time outs until the last minute was useless.

You can't let the Warriors off the hook like that. If you've got them down, keep them down. Once the avalanche starts, it's too late for the pebbles to vote.

NBA Finals: Warriors in five.
