Any Tivo experts here?

My tivo is few years old. It just died (Green Screen of Death).

If I buy a new one (same model) will it be just plug and play? I plan to upgrade from premiere XL to Premiere XL4

ETA: I can live with losing the recordings I had. I just want to have a working Tivo again
