I assume the pic is made up of a bunch of tiny images, how is that done, anyone know?

I'm not where I can google for examples, though.

But I think the gist of how they work is you provide a folder with all the images you want used; you provide an image to be used as the master or big image; and then an algorithm figures out the best placement for all the individual images to make your big image. Obviously, the more photos you use, the better and more accurate the results.
