(70,779 posts)Granted, when my numbers went way up I thought I was being a good boy to DELETE all the ice cream/sweet pastry, whatever.
So I THOUGHT chips and salsa (salty, not sweet) would be fantastic. Wrong. Went to 161 the highest I've ever been!1
So this fellow traveler/gal told me chips are FRIED/soaked in oil or whatever. So now I'm deleting CHIPS and now gorging on Ritz crackers (low fat) with salsa. That ought to do it.
You can eat whatever you want, just make sure the carbs don't exceed a fairly low limit. Which limit varies by sex, body mass, etc.
