(38,311 posts)... caused by steroids prescribed for my asthma.
Prednisone is my number one favorite drug, and it scares the hell out of me. Five days is my limit. After that I require close supervision. A couple of weeks on oral steroids and I'm climbing out the second floor window and running down the middle of the street in my underwear at midnight.
Thankfully I've never had any worries about my penis, well except for a few mental health medications that I've learned kill my libido, or worse, cause anorgasmia.
Stories like this kid's are really sad.
Mental illness sucks.

(4,851 posts)I am not sure if that is the best way to define it, but this portion of "society" has clearly convinced men that they must have a "big" penis to be productive members of society or to have a successful relationship. This notion has been marketed by the people selling these pills and has resulted in a "huge" and "growing" industry (could not resist those puns) selling useless pills to men who are convinced they need to have a bigger penis or they will be failures at life. I guess its true, the best way to be successful is to first create a market, then the product that fits in that market. I feel bad for all the young men taken in by these crooks. I would assume its all teens and young college age kids buying this stuff. To think that the pills might not only be useless, but harmful, is scary.
