The thicker, richer, and darker the better. I still like lighter beers but lately I've been having a hankering for darker beers. Especially beers like Dragon's Milk.

....isn't for anything fancy or "extreme". Just good well made stouts and porters. And being in the UK I get to drink 'em on cask, which is the best way to drink dark beers IMHO, especially in front of a log fire on a winters evening.
