Apparently in the comic book world this is no big deal. Thor was a man for 2000+ years in Norse mythology, and now he's a woman ? No biggie.

from the Transformers movie and the upcoming Mad Max remake (also ex Victoria's secret model). She at least looks kind of nordic, tall, with blue eyes, and blonde hair. I know I probably won't see the movie as I'm not too keen on movies based on comic books. I agree that they should have just invented a new female superhero instead of calling her Thor.
